I am from New York and came here to try on some altras because they were listed as an authorized dealer. It was the best shoe buying experience anyone could ever wish for. It’s feels like it should always would should have been that way. Once you go here you will see what a mean. A well done evaluation of what your individual foot needs from a very kind and knowledgeable man. Wish I lived in the area so that my shoe buying experience was always like this.

My friend and I made appointments to get decent running shoes. Jay measured my feet, watched me walk a little bit and then went to the back. He came back with a pair of Brooks. They fit perfect. Jay knew what I needed after just a couple of minutes. I only tried on 1 pair of shoes- the pair he brought out. I've been running with them for a few weeks. Now, they haven't made me run like a track star. But my feet, ankles and knees don't hurt after a few minutes on a treadmill. Jay also explained which insoles would be good for me in my work boots. My lower body can make it through the day without any major pain. If you're looking to upgrade your sneakers from "Kohl's level shoes", take the time to go to Elite Feet and see Jay. I just need to keep motivated to stay on the treadmill. Thank you.

After years of giving up on running post military due to chronic shin splints, I recently decided to give it another go. I was quickly reminded why I stopped. After some research I learned my pain could be caused by wearing improper shoes for my running style. I made an appointment with Jay on the Elite Feet website and went to see him. Jay was quickly able to identify issues with my gait, explained in detail what was happening and provided several shoe options that would help. After a few minutes on the tread mill I knew his help would solve my pain issues while running. I completed my first run today with my new shoes and not only did my run time improve, but zero pain! I can't recommend Jay and Elite Feet enough. Making an appointment was easy and I appreciated the individualized attention I received as a result.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! One of my CrossFit coaches recommended Elite Feet to me because I’ve been increasing my running in preparation for Hyrox and have been dealing with a lot of low back, calf, and knee pain as well as working on trying to fix my running form. The owner of elite feet was super knowledgeable and attentive and not only quickly found me the perfect pair of shoes to support my walking/ running needs but also taught me so much more about my own feet and running. He recommended drills to help me stop turning in my feet and taught me more about the reasons for my pain. I did my first long run in my new brooks running shoes from Elite Feet and for the first time in a long while had no lower back pain and my running stride felt better! If you’re considering it, go ahead and make the appointment you’ll be so happy you did!! It’s way better than the trial and error method I was doing before.

My husband and made an appointment with Jay to be fitted for walking and pickleball shoes. The appointment is easy to make and ensures 1 on 1 focused attention from the owner. And wow does he know his stuff! Do something good for yourself and get the right shoes. You won't be disappointed in the service, selection, pricing and expertise at Elite Feet!

I can’t say enough about how great the experience was here. Being appointment only meant that Jay was in no rush and spent plenty of time making sure I had the right shoes. He also gave a great explanation of why he was choosing the shoe he suggested. I will be going here for exercise shoes going forward!

As a former Personal Trainer/Strength Coach, you think I would know better, but nah! For years, I’ve been running and working out with avg to bad footwear. Well with a torn MCL, I can’t afford to mess around. Hit up Jay Hunt at Elite Feet and after a quick, but thorough consultation, My NB 860 v9 were on the way. Jay was excellent in keeping me abreast of the shipping and when exactly they would arrive. Just knocked down a 2.35 Mile walk/brisk walk interval and feel great! Can't say enough about the expertise and customer service!

I had an incredible experience at Elite Feet. During my consultation with Jay, he assessed my gate, measured my feet and helped me find the perfect shoes for me. He asked great questions and listened to what I needed. He even recommended an awesome sealant to keep my white sneaks white...and he took the extra step to spray my shoes for me right there. I left with the perfect pair and I will be back for more. Highly recommend!

I showed to the store not knowing about the appointments. Regardless, the gentleman still allowed me to go in the store and he evaluated feet. Extremely knowledgeable, great selection, good prices, and top tier customer service. Couldn’t ask for more!

Of late, my left foot had begun to pain after each run. Since this had never happened to me, the recent change of shoes was the prime suspect. I booked an appointment with Jay and met him on the day. Within a minute he pointed out the issue with my shoes, which were grossly unsuited to the shape of my foot as well as my gait. Jay then took the shape of my soles along with the pressure points and suggested Hoka Graviota. A few minutes on the treadmill proved his suggestion right. I have been running with these shoes for over a month now without any pain. If only Jay had the shoe in a different color but that's me nitpicking. I would highly recommend Elite Feet to anyone serious about running or foot care in general.
